Mrs. Obama took to the stage to speak to the gathering of black lawmakers and leaders at the Congressional Black Caucus dinner in a floor-length black satin gown by Michael Kors (the same one she wore to the Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony in June seen HERE). Detailing like the asymmetrical neckline, iridescent belt and matching silver earrings made us think of glitzy vintage screen sirens. Michelle's signature doe-eyes and coiffed hair definitely helped in that department too.
